- The Matthews AutoAwards Program allows us to partner with our customers, and reward their loyalty! Members receive points (each point is worth $1), which can be used to save up to $3,000 off the
purchase of their next new or used vehicle at any Matthews Auto location. Points are earned in many ways, including:
- Account is pre-loaded with 25 points.
- 50 bonus points the first time that you use your card.
- 15% of all qualified purchases will be earned as points (including retail parts and service, detail, maintenance, and accessories).
- Automatically earn up to 250 points with the purachse of an extended service contract.

YOUR TRADE-IN
- We will quote you a price on your trade-in, with no strings attached. The offer is good for three days, whether or not you buy your car from us. (Traditional Dealers- their appraisal price is based on you
buying a specific car. They also won't purchase your trade-in unless you buy a car from them.)
OUR SALES ASSOCIATES
- Our Sales Team Members receive a flat rate commision, not a percentage of the sale. Their goal is to work with you to determine what vehicle will best meet your needs, NOT put you into a high priced
vehicle that doesn't fit your budget.
FINANCING
- We have relationships with a number of lending institutions, and are able to secure excellent rates for our customers. In addition, we have a Special Finance Department, specializing in helping those
individuals that may have had credit difficulties.
